Returns and Exchanges for Plants: Due to the nature of well.. nature, we cannot accept returns on plant purchases after 24 hours from when the plants leave the care of our shop.
However, if you feel a plant was in questionable health (ie: pests, rot, or other fatal conditions) before you brought it home and it is within 14 days of purchase, please take photos right away and email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, when it started, and what conditions the plant has been living in including the watering schedule and amounts. We will decide the best corse of action and will work to make you happy.
With so many plants coming in from so many sources, we do our best to make sure that all plants are healthy and pest free. Unfortunately, even the best, most diligent plan
We do not have a return policy for aesthetic issues such as imperfect leaves, which are not vital to the plant's overall health, or issues due to improper care after it leaves our shop. We are happy to help with any advice on care before, during, and after your purchase. Our goal is to help set up every plant parent for success.
Returns and Exchanges on Everything Else: Bought something and it isn't the right size or not quite the perfect color? We will gladly exchange the item in unused condition within 14 days for another item or store credit. At this time, we do not offer refunds. Some items such as holiday or seasonal product may be final sale.
